The Buttimer Bake Off 21.12.21

On Tuesday the 21st of December, we had the Buttimer Bake Off. Every year we have the Buttimer Bake Off in memory of Jean Buttimer. She was the chairperson of the Board of Management and a member of the Board of Management for forty four years! This year we made Snowman Pancakes, Ginger Bread Cookies, Pizza and Apple Crumble. The pizza toppings were cheese, tomato sauce, sweetcorn, pepperoni, pineapple, mushrooms and olives. I had tomato sauce, cheese and pepperoni. For me the apple crumble was a disaster. The cookies were nice enough and the pancakes were nice too. I had fun with my team mates which were Cillian, Caleb, Keelan and I.
